Ômega Imóveis
The website of Ômega Imóveis, an estate agency in Rio de Janeiro's South Zone, with close, elegant and strategic service.
The challenge
Present a new estate agency to a demanding audience: less a window of listings and more about how it works and the neighbourhoods it covers, taking the conversation to WhatsApp.
What was built
- A single page that reads like a magazine: the opening, the essence (property, location and choices), the manifesto, the neighbourhoods and the approach.
- The South Zone neighbourhoods, each with its own identity: Ipanema, Leblon, Lagoa and Copacabana in the spotlight, plus Gávea, Jardim Botânico, São Conrado and Botafogo.
- The method in three steps: listening first, market insight and lasting relationships.
- A call to talk at the top and at the end of the page, and the company's and the responsible broker's CRECI licence numbers in the footer.
Under the hood
- Hosted on Vercel, for now without its own domain.
- A lightweight page, with a “Skip to content” link for keyboard users.
